We want every DELSEY PARIS purchase to be perfect. If you’re not completely satisfied, returning your item is simple. Here’s everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of your original shipment.
- Items must be brand-new, unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Refunds for orders that were part of a promotion may be reduced.
Please note: We do not accept exchanges. If you need a different color, size, or product, return your item for a refund and place a new order.
2. How to Return an Item
- Visit the Online Return Center
- Locate your order by entering your customer information.
- Select the item(s) to return and provide a return reason.
- Print the pre-paid return label and return authorization form. Include the paperwork inside your package.
- Drop off the package at the designated carrier.
Return shipping fees (deducted from your refund, once per item):
- Suitcases or duffels: $25
- Small bags: $15
3. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Allow 14 business days for processing.
- It may take 1–2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Contact Customer Service within 72 hours of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Use the Customer Service Contact Form and include photos of the issue.
- If the item is confirmed damaged or incorrect, the return fee is waived.
5. Exchange Policy
- DELSEY PARIS does not accept exchanges.
- To get a different size, color, or product, return your item for a refund and place a new order to ensure quick delivery.
